The Details:
In this YoPro Talks you'll hear from Christy Denny, HR Business Partner at PBS, as she walks attendees through the social interaction model known as "The Drama Triangle." In this session you will learn how you can identify the various components of "dramatic" situations, as well as how to transform them through utilizing an "Empowerment Triangle" perspective. If you are eager to learn how to identify a situation and ditch the drama, this talk is for you.
